Hair Style Descriptions
Hair Weaving
*Different price if you provide hair.
Artificial hair integrations, more commonly
known as hair extensions or hair weaves,
add
length and fullness to human hair,
hair extensions are usually clipped, glued,
or sewn on
natural hair by incorporating
additional human or synthetic hair.
Kinky Twist
*Different price if you bring your own hair.
Other than the length of the twists, there are two other major differences between kinky twists and Marley twists. The first difference is the installation process. When installing Kinky twists, the hair extensions are first braided for about an inch at the root before being twisted down to the ends.
Senegalese Twist
Senegalese twists are one of the most popular protective hairstyles in the natural hair community (outside of box braids and cornrows). It only requires two strands wrapped around each other for each section. This can include smooth synthetic textures like Kanekalon or natural-looking textures like Marley hair.
Box Braids
*Different price if you provide hair.
Box braids are a type of hair-braiding style that is predominantly popular amongst African people and the African diaspora. Because they are not attached to the scalp like other similar styles such as cornrows, box braids can be styled in a number of different ways.
Invisible Braids
*Different price if you provide hair.
Invisible braids are very tiny braids separated over the entire scalp and weaved into someone’s natural hair. The braid portion is visible only at the root, which can give the illusion of naturally long hair. Invisible braids hairstyle allows for easy maintenance and also helps hair grow faster.
Micro Braids
*Different price if you bring your own hair.
Micro braids are tiny braids so small they often resemble thick strands of hair. As you might imaging, micro braids take hours to install and sometimes even longer to remove. The time spent is well worth it, though, because this look offers a level of versatility that not many other braid styles can.
Nubian Twist
Nubian twists are a two-strand twist hairstyle similar to Kinky twists and Marley twists. Nubian twists use a special hair type extension called Nubian hair to achieve the look. Nubian twists are small and worn short, generally no longer than the shoulder.
Cornrows Braid
Haddy’s Cornrows are braided close to the scalp, so they are often called the SCALP braids. It’s difficult to cornrow your hair without the help of a hairdresser.
Knotless Braids
Knotless braids are a traditional three-strand braid with a beneficial twist. With knotless braids, the hairstyle is created with a feed-in braid technique instead. This involves adding small amounts of braiding hair to your natural hair as you go, making for a braid that sports a flatter apperance.
